Welcome to SALMARE Collection! Here you will find the most important information about our apartments, your trip and your stay in Hurghada. Should you have further questions, we are happy to be there for you.

1. Organization and Management

How do I book an apartment?

You can book your apartment directly through our website "salmare-collection.com" (https://salmare-collection.com...). Alternatively, Airbnb and Booking.com are waiting for you. The corresponding links can be found on our homepage.

What salary opportunities are there with a direct booking?

When booking directly on our website you can pay conveniently by bank transfer or via the online payment offered.

What Disruption Conditions apply?

The current cancellation terms and conditions will be indicated to you during the booking process. Please check these before closing your booking.

2. Arrival and Check-in

When is check-in available?

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm.

Susi’s The View:

We would like to personally greet you on your first visit, as the facility is far away. If you have stayed with us, you can check in at the lockbox by appointment.

Susi’s The Moon Hills:

Also here we will personally hand over the key to the first party. For further maintenance there is a key box for delivery.

Is a late arrival possible?

Yes, a late arrival is not a problem. Please inform us in advance of your anticipated arrival time and preferably share your flight number. So we can track your arrival and adjust accordingly.

When you use our airport transfers, we need your flight number unconditionally.

Is there an airport transfer?

Yes, we are happy to arrange an airport transfer for you.

The party price is 15 € per stretch for up to two people. The normal waiting time at the airport is included in the price. The price is valid during regular delivery times and current lead times. Payment in bar before place in Euro possible.

Please share your flight number with us unconditionally so we can track your arrival and coordinate your transfer.

Please let us know how many luggage you are bringing so we can arrange a suitable vehicle. A return transfer to the airport can also be requested.

When is the check-out?

Check-out is expected until 11:00 am at the latest.

A later check-out is basically not possible due to the necessary cleaning and preparation times. If you have a special request, please contact us immediately. We would like to see if an individual appointment is possible.

What travel documents are required prior to travel?

In order for us to report you to the facility, we will require a photo of your exit documents as well as a paper copy prior to check-in.

Please send us the photo just before your departure and bring the paper copy corresponding to the previous appointment.

An exit copy can also be helpful in case an original document is lost during travel. You are not replacing any innocent original document.

3. Equipment and Maintenance

Is there a WLAN?

Yes, both Apartments paint uber clean WLAN. You can find the WLAN password in the info folder in the apartment.

- Susi’s The Moon Hills: 20 GB Datavolume per sieben Tage.

- Susi’s The View: 40 GB Datavolume per sieben Tage.

If you need more data volumes, these can be purchased upon request.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes, Towels and linens will be provided. The amount is based on the number of registered guests.

Is there drinking water in the apartment?

Please note that tap water in Egypt is not drinking water. Please use suitable bottled water for drinking.

Is there coffee and tea?

Both Apartments overlook a Tea and Coffee Machine. Coffee and tea themselves are not included in the scope of the lease and will be provided by the guests themselves.

Is there a kitchen?

Yes, both apartments overlook a well equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stoves, kettle and microwave. A herd is not present.

Susi's The View: Additionally, a dishwasher and a Ninja Air Fryer are available for drying.

Susi’s The Moon Hills: A Storybook is not available.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, both Apartments overlook a Washing Machine.

Is there an air conditioner?

Yes, both Apartments are air-conditioned.

At Susi’s The View there are air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. There is also an air conditioning system in the Moon Hills Studio.

What Household items will be prepared?

To get you started we provide basic household items for painting. Included laundry detergent, two trash cans, an additional trash can for the bathroom and a washcloth.

In Susi's The View are also two geschirrsspultabs lying outside.

Please note that this is a replacement. Further Consumables you organize at Bedarf yourself.

Is cleaning included in the price?

Yes, the discount is reflected in the booking price.

An intermediate cleanup is not automatically contained. If you would like an additional cleaning during your stay, you can book this on request. We share the prizes favorably with you.




4. Pool and Beach

Could the poles be used?

Yes, the pools at The View Residence and the Moon Hills Palace can be used by our guests free of charge.

Exception: The heated pool in the Clubhouse of The View Residence is free.

Please observe the permanent pool rules and opening hours of the facilities.

Is there a beach?

Susi’s The View:

Yes, there is free beach access here. Also the beds on the beach are free. A restaurant on the beach leads to Verweilen. Food and drinks will be paid for separately.

Susi’s The Moon Hills:

The Studio overlooks none of its own suction cup beaches.



5. Purchasing and Environment

Are there shopping and restaurants nearby?

Yes, there are cafes and restaurants in the main building of The View Residence. Further shopping opportunities reach you conveniently by Uber or Taxi.

Alternatively, you can order groceries and other items through the Talabat app and have them delivered directly to the accommodation.

Uber drivers and Talabat delivery drivers can also bring their orders to the facility within the framework of the current access controls.

Can anyone show me Hurghada or help me with the purchase?

Yes, Ahmed is happy to support you by prior appointment. He can show you around the city, arrange a tour or accompany you shopping.

6. Outings and Activities

Can I book details about SALMARE Collection?

Yes, we are happy to help you with the brokerage of challenges.

We work with several tour operators. For German-speaking trips we can use your providers with whom we are personally acquainted.

If you prefer tours in other languages ​​or are looking for further suggestions, please contact Ahmed. He supports you at the organization.

We recommend applying for tours in advance so that the desired tour and language can be verified as much as possible.



7. House Rules and Safety

Dare to smoke in the apartment?

Smoking inside the property is not allowed in both apartments.

Smoking is allowed on the terraces and balconies. Please use the ready-made Aschenbecher.

Are Pets Allowed?

Nope, Pets are basically not allowed in either apartment.

Are there any Quiet Times?

Yes, the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM are continuous. Please take a look at other residents and guests.


Do I need to receive visitors?

Basically, external visitors are not allowed in the apartments and facilities. Both facilities are gated residential facilities with access controls.

In special cases you can contact us in advance. Whether an exception is possible must be waived individually.

The View Residence is exclusively reserved for registered guests. External visitors may not use the beach.

Are the facilities safe?

Review The View Residence and the facilities around the Moon Hills Studio for security services and access controls.

Prior to check-in, guests must prepare their travel documents for check-in at the facility. Please adhere to the applicable Access Rules.

Are there stray cats in the facility?

Stray cats can be found in the vicinity of The View Residence. Small treats are welcome if you want to give the animals something good.

Please note that the napkins in The View Residence will be removed after the feet and will not remain permanently on the balcony.



8. Underway in Hurghada

Can I move freely in Hurghada?

Hurghada offers many opportunities to visit restaurants, shop and explore the city. Many guests get around by Uber or local taxis.

We ourselves experience Egypt as a country where you can spend many beautiful and relaxing holidays as a tourist. How everywhere applies: Pay attention to your personal circumstances, inform yourself about the local situation and behave carefully.

How about drinking money in Egypt?

Drink money is available at many services in Egypt. About 10 % can be a good guideline, depending on the lease and whether a service charge is already included. For smaller services, there is also a more recommended fixed amount.

9. Help during your maintenance

Who can I turn to for problems?

If you have any questions or something is not working in your apartment, you can simply reply to our email or contact Ahmed by phone.

Ahmed is your point of contact and happy to support you with questions and problems.

10. What Rules Apply to Unmarried Couples?

Couples in which both persons hold a foreign passport must not be married.
We respect Egyptian law. Egypt must provide the proper marriage ceremony - an Orfi treaty will not be accepted by us.
