A small, modern studio with a side sea view—ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a relaxing base in Hurghada. You have a practical kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony where you can see the sea right from the morning.

The building features two pools and a large rooftop terrace open to all residents—offering truly beautiful views of the sea and the city. Perfect for a few quiet, sunny days by the Red Sea.

Ahmed is available during your stay to assist you if you need anything. Upon request, he can organize excursions, transfers, or a small grocery shopping service. We assume no liability for external service providers—we simply facilitate the contact.

Note regarding the complex:

The studio is located in a newly built complex that is not yet fully completed. Minor construction work or noise may occur occasionally. The complex is currently sparsely occupied, offering plenty of peace, privacy, and—often—the place almost entirely to yourself.

View

From the studio, you have a side view of the Red Sea. The complex’s rooftop terraces offer an unobstructed panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, and the Hurghada skyline. The view is particularly impressive at sunset.

Check-in

• From 3:00 PM

• Late check-in after 11:00 PM is possible (by prior arrangement)

• Self check-in via key box available only for returning guests

• Please check for cleanliness and completeness upon arrival. Complaints made later cannot be considered.

• By 11:00 AM at the latest

• Please report any damage immediately

Notes on the studio

The studio is compact. Standard operating sounds from the refrigerator, washing machine, or air conditioning may be audible.

The balcony offers a lovely side view of the sea and pool. If you wish to enjoy some peace and quiet, simply switch off the air conditioning for a moment—this makes the outdoor area much more pleasant.

One roll of toilet paper is provided for you. Please bring any additional supplies you may need. Coffee Machine

You will need size 4 paper filters for the machine. A reusable filter is also available on-site.

TV & Streaming

The TV is internet-enabled. You can use Netflix, YouTube, and other services with your own login details.

Please keep in mind that streaming consumes additional data.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the studio. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony; an ashtray is provided.

Important

• Please bring a copy of your ID for check-in.

• Tap water is not suitable for drinking.

Note for Egyptian guests:

Egyptian guests are required to present a valid marriage certificate or official proof of relationship to share accommodation.

This is a legal requirement under Egyptian law and cannot be waived.

An "Orfi" contract is not accepted. Foreign guests are not required to present a marriage certificate.

Occasional power or water outages may occur in Egypt. This is common in the country and not an unusual circumstance. These interruptions are usually resolved quickly, and service is promptly restored. We appreciate your understanding should this occur briefly during your stay.
